DEFENDER Matt Smith is confident Brisbane Roar can make it five A-League clean sheets in a row against Melbourne Victory this weekend as they look to continue their miserly ways.
Although they have scored just two goals in their opening fixtures, no other team has breached the club's backline.
"To play four games against four of the top four sides from last year and to keep clean sheets is a great achievement," Smith told Roar's official website. "It's something we won't be giving up lightly, that's for sure."
Smith is happy with the start to the campaign and enjoying every minute of life in the A-League.
He added: "It's a bit of a dream come true considering I was playing for the Brisbane Strikers for the past two years and always wanting to have the opportunity and chance to progress into the A-League."
