BRAZILIAN striker Ronaldo believes he will end his career at Corinthians.
The 32-year-old signed for the Sao Paulo giants late last year, but only made his debut for the club earlier this month as he recovered from the career-threatening knee injury suffered while with AC Milan 13 months ago.
That injury had cast doubt as to whether Ronaldo would ever play again with the Italian club opting not to renew his contract, which ran out last summer.
But Corinthians revived the career of the former FIFA World Player of the Year when they came in with an offer last December and now Ronaldo feels he is ready to see out his career with the club.
"I think that I will end my career here," Ronaldo said in an interview to TV Globo.
"My heart is half 'Corinthiano'. Besides, my sun Ronald is a Timaos fan."
Ronaldo has scored twice in three games since returning to action and said he had already noticed a difference between the fans in Brazil and in Europe.
"The fans are quieter in Europe. They wait for a great bit of play or a great goal before they increase their support," he said.
"The other day when we were losing 1-0 against Sao Caetano, the fans here did not stop supporting for one moment.
"The noise levels and support was rising with every moment. That motivates everyone."
