Sydney FC will warm up for its AFC Champions League away game versus Persik Kediri by playing a friendly match against New South Wales Premier League team Marconi Stallions at Marconi Stadium on Wednesday April 4.
The match will feel like a homecoming for the three Sydney FC players who began their senior careers at Marconi - Steve Corica, Ufuk Talay and Alex Brosque.
Corica and Talay were key members of Marconi's 1992/93 National Soccer League Grand Final-winning side, with Corica being voted that competition's best under-21 player. Brosque won the same individual award twice during his time on Marconi's books.
The game will kick off at 7pm. Admission is $5 for adults but under 18s will get into the ground for free provided that they can prove their age. The club has free parking for 1800 cars.
