Siem De Jong – 6
Off the pace, decision making too slow. Subbed in the 85th minute
Anthony Caceres – 7
Worked hard in the midfield. Wild shot in the final third.
Brandon O’Neill – 7.5
Lively early on, dominating the midfield. Fantastic cross for Brosque put pressure on Boogaard who tapped it in for own goal. Decent strike in the second-half. Solid 90 minutes from the midfielder.
Daniel De Silva – 6.5
Decent first-half, linking up well in the front third. His ankle appeared to cause him some trouble. Subbed in the 80th minute.
Alex Brosque – 8
Fantastic pace saw the captain create space with his penetrating runs and link up well with Adam le Fondre. Made intelligent runs into the box. Cause trouble all game for the Jets defence
Adam le Fondre – 7

Adam Le Fondre had the goal gaping, but Glen Moss produced a brilliant save. #ALeague #SYDvNEW 🎥 @FOXFOOTBALL pic.twitter.com/kyDRDCaecX
Brilliant two efforts early on. Showed good understanding with Brosque linking up very well. Displayed good pace and awareness in transition shifting the ball around the park. A wild shot in the second half with only the keeper to beat was an uncharacteristic miss by the golden boot leader.
SUBS
Ben Warland – 7
On for Jacob Tratt. Went about his business in a professional manner and proved a capable replacement for Tratt.
Cameron Devlin – 6
On for Daniel De Silva but nothing of note when on the field.
Luke Ivanovic – 6.5
Lively run to set up Adam le Fondre. Fantastic sub for Sydney injecting pace and good runs in the final 10 minutes.
