Tiago has left Juventus after having his contract terminated by mutual consent.
The 30-year-old midfielder struggled to make an impact in Turin, making just 42 appearances for the club after joining the Serie A outfit in 2007 from Lyon.
A statement from the club said: "Juventus announces it has mutually agreed with Tiago to terminate his contract."
The Portugal international had one year left on his contract with the Bianconeri and has been linked with a return to Atletico Madrid, where he played on loan last season.
