Wilfried Zaha is reportedly set to become a Manchester United player after the club agreed a fee with Crystal Palace.
The 20-year-old forward and his representatives are understood to be negotiating a five-and-a-half-year contract with the English Premier League giants
His registration will be transferred in the coming days, although he is expected to be loaned back to the Championship club for the rest of the season.
Zaha is also due to undertake a medical in the next 48 hours as United wrap up the deal for an initial fee of 15 million pounds, rising to 17 million with performance-related add-ons.
In other transfer news on Thursday, Newcastle added yet another Frenchman with the arrival of 20-year-old left back Massadio Haidara from Nancy.
Haidara joins the club on a five-and-a-half year deal for an undisclosed fee, joining Mathieu Debuchy, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Yoan Gouffran as new arrivals at the club.
Toulouse announced that Moussa Sissoko had also joined Alan Pardew's side, bringing their French contingent to 10.
Serie A champions Juventus announced the capture of Spain international striker Fernando Llorente on a free from Athletic Bilbao, with the player to arrive in Turin at the end of the season.
Argentine playmaker Mauro Formica swapped Championship side Blackburn Rovers for Serie A strugglers Palermo, while Newcastle are set to sign Moussa Sissoko from Toulouse.
Meanwhile, Manchester United striker Frederico Macheda will join Bundesliga club Stuttgart on loan until the end of the season.
