FC Shakhtar Donetsk sports director and former head coach Viktor Prokopenko has a new role.
He has been selected to train the Ukrainian parliamentary side in a tie with the Russian Duma.
Prokopenko, an MP since March, said, "I am in charge of player selection. Now we commence training and will have a pre-season camp, during which we will get together twice a week."
But Prokopenko will not be picking himself.
"My own appearance is excluded as I am already 62," he said. "I will concentrate on coaching."
