With Intralot departing, Victory were in need of a new major sponsor, and the club, which has undergone a massive overhaul both on and off the field in the past six months, has secured a three-year deal with the HR and career services company for sponsorship of the home shirts for the A-League and NYL teams.

"We're delighted to welcome the Adecco Group to the Melbourne Victory family and see many exciting opportunities ahead over the next three years," Melbourne Victory Chairman, Anthony Di Pietro said.

"They are globally renowned and share a like-minded vision with our club to lead the way in all aspects of their business, so we're really looking forward to working with them to achieve great things.

"It's a very exciting time for Melbourne Victory. We're building for the future and to have secured a new co-principal partner of the Adecco Group's stature is a massive boost."

Adecco Group's CEO Jeff Doyle said he felt Addeco and Melbourne Victory were a good fit.

He added: "We are very excited to embark on our partnership with Melbourne Victory, the A-League's most successful club. Melbourne Victory have built a great culture of success in a very short time.

"Their values around team spirit, responsibility, focus and initiative closely align with our values. We have a shared passion to be No.1 in our respective fields and a drive to win."
