Sukha, 26, has signed a two year contract, in a permanent transfer deal from Victory's old Asian Champions League rivals Chonburi FC.

Sukha has played 75 games in the Thai Premier League, scoring 7 goals. He has been capped 15 times for his national team and also amassed 15 games in the AFC Champions League and AFC Cup.

"We very pleased to have secured the services of Surat for two years..

"We have been very impressed with his versatility and technical ability, and believe he will be a fantastic inclusion into our defence.

"He is another player we add to our squad with international experience, which is fantastic given the extended A-League season in 2009/10, and our involvement in the Asian Champions League," said Victory's football operations manager Gary Cole.

Sukha is set to join up with his new teammates in July.

The Thai's capture followed the news that Victory had also succeeded in securing the services of popular Costa Rican star Carlos Hernandez.
