The 30-year-old arrived in Turin last summer, just a year after switching from Arsenal to Juventus.

And he does not fancy uprooting for a third successive year.

"A move is out of the question," he told France Football magazine. "It took me six months to find a flat. I am still unpacking and I need a break.

"I will finish my career at Inter. My contract runs until 2010 and I will play until at least then for sure. After that, we will see."

The France captain also insisted he was not worried about his fitness after being troubled by injuries in recent months.

"I do not have the body of an 18 or 20-year-old, but I do not feel old," he said.

"I feel good mentally and physically. The injuries are not worrying me. I feel stronger than ever."
