Montpellier president Louis Nicollin has claimed Aston Villa are one of five clubs to have made an offer for Younes Belhanda.
Nicollin revealed that Paul Lambert's side are the only Premier League club to have bid for the 23-year-old midfielder who is on course for a move away from Montpellier.
"He is leaving," he told LeSport10.
"There are four or five clubs that have come in. It is now down to the player to choose now because we are almost in agreement with the clubs. He will leave for €14-15 million."
When asked if the offers were concrete, he added: "Yes. From AC Milan, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid, Galatasaray and Aston Villa.
"We have no problem now, he (Belhanda) has the authority to agree with whoever he wants now."
Belhanda scored 12 goals for his side in Ligue 1 last season and has also featured for his home nation Morocco.
