VILLARREAL have confirmed the signing of Uruguayan midfielder Robert Flores.
The 22-year-old will join the club next week from Uruguayan side River Plate Montevideo.
A statement on the Villarreal website, www.villarrealcf.es, read: "Robert Flores will arrive Monday June 16 at 10am.
"From 8.30am Tuesday he will undergo a medical examination at the Hospital Nou d´Octubre and will be presented at Villarreal's Ciudad Deportiva at approximately 1pm."
Flores, who was recently capped for his country, will join up with his compatriots Sebastian Viera, Sebastian Eguren and Diego Godin at the Castellon club.
