The Phoenix pre-season schedule included matches against Melbourne Victory in Queenstown and a Mainland Select XI in Christchurch before heading to China for fixtures against Tianjin Teda and Guangzhou Pharmaceutical.

Wellington's final pre-season match will be against the Central Coast Mariners in Dubbo this Saturday.
