LUKE Wilkshire was seconds away from enjoying a dream start to his Russian adventure before having to settle for a share of the spoils on his debut.
The versatile Socceroos performer, who made the switch from Dutch side FC Twente to Dinamo Moscow last week, was handed the number 22 shirt as he faced FC Moscow on Sunday evening.
Wilkshire played the whole 90 minutes and looked to be on course for a victorious start when Dmitry Kombarov netted in the 88th minute for the home side.
Sadly for Wilkshire, their opponents fought back with a Rebko goal four minutes into stoppage time ensuring parity in Moscow.
