MICHAEL Zullo will terrorise A-League full-backs for at least another season after turning down the chance to earn a deal with Dutch side NEC Nijmegen.
The youngster had been linked with a switch to Europe but after considering the move, has decided he would be better off with another year of A-League football under his belt.
It is thought the Dutch club wanted to see Zullo go through a successful trial before sealing a deal but the speedster simply doesn't feel the time is right.
However, he isn't ruling out an overseas move at some stage in the not-too-distant future.
He told the Courier Mail: "I didn't think it was the right move at the right time for me. I don't want to make the move overseas until I'm 100 per cent sure that I'm ready, on and off the field, because once I go there I want to stay there for an extended period."
Zullo has another two years left on his contract with the Brisbane-based club.
