Gold Coast have been in fine form, particularly on the road, winning their last four outings.

Miron Bleiberg’s men have never lost to the Reds and will welcome back striker Bruce Djite from a hamstring injury.

Adelaide have lost three of their last five but will want to capitalise on the ability to score from set pieces, something they have done on five occasions so far this season.

Roar travel to Gosford in search of maintaining their gap atop the table against the Mariners.

Avoiding defeat will see Brisbane break the record for consecutive games undefeated, prolonging their run to 14 and overtaking Adelaide’s earlier streak this season.

The Mariners are winless in three, but if their clash with Gold Coast is anything to go by this could be another entertaining contest.

Melbourne Victory travel to Wellington hoping to break a three-game winless run. Phoenix recorded an important win against Heart midweek and doing the double against Melbourne’s two teams would be a much-needed boost.

A win would see Wellington leapfrog Victory and move into sixth place. Victory have only lost once to Phoenix and it was at Westpac Stadium, a venue at which the teams have played out two draws.

Sydney FC visit AAMI Park for the first time in a clash with fifth-placed Melbourne Heart. Heart, coming off three consecutive losses, will have played every A-League team in their inaugural year after meeting the Sky Blues.

Sydney have only won one of six road trips this season but is coming off a victory with striker Alex Brosque in dangerous form.

North Queensland will desperately want a home win when they host Perth Glory at Dairy Farmers Stadium. Fury have the competition’s worst home record, recording two wins, a draw and four losses when hosting.

Their figures against Perth Glory read more handsomely, particularly at home. North Queensland have never lost to Glory and have won all three meetings at home, but will need to break a four-game winless run to get the points.
