Danny Vukovic was the first goalkeeper to find himself beaten by a Cole free-kick as the Moore Park men triumphed 3-2 at Bluetongue Stadium last weekend.

Frank Juric is the next to face Cole as Perth Glory travel to the Sydney Football Stadium on Sunday.

Vukovic, who starts a five-week ban this weekend, says Cole's accuracy is going to be a big headache for goalkeepers this season but that his teammates are doing everything possible to increase his odds of success.

"I suppose you could call it a moment of brilliance. He's put it right in the corner and it went off the post.

"Teams are going to realise pretty quickly that you can't go conceding free-kicks just outside the box.

"It's something (free-kick expertise) that we haven't seen too much in the A-League up to this point.

"What made it more difficult for me against Sydney is that they added a couple of their own players to the wall in front of me.

"It's a good tactic for them because it just means that he (Cole) takes his free-kick but it's harder for the goalkeeper because his vision is being blocked.

"It obviously makes it harder to react as you aren't seeing the ball until it's over or round the wall.

"I'm sure they've seen it work now and will want to build on that."
