THE Turkish Super Lig table makes unhappy reading for Aussie duo Bruce Djite and James Troisi but it's a different story for Harry Kewell and Michael Petkovic.
Kewell's Galatasaray have moved up to fourth in the table after a 3-1 victory over OFTAS.
Harry put in a 69 minute shift for his club but couldn't find the scoresheet on this occasion.
Galatasaray's star man on this occasion was former Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Milan Baros who grabbed a hat-trick, this after the home side had gone behind on 33 minutes.
While Harry and his teammates are just four points behind leaders Trabzonspor, it is an altogether gloomier picture for Messrs Djite and Troisi at Genclerbirligi.
Both Aussie boys started the match but neither could find the net in a 0-0 draw with Istanbul Buyuksehir.
Bruce managed 70 minutes before making way for Kemal Akbaba while James managed eight minutes more before he was replaced by Bilal Cubukcu.
The result leaves Genclerbirligi firmly in relegation trouble, just two points clear of bottom side Kocaelispor.
Goalkeeper Michael Petkovic is arguably the happiest Turkish-based Aussie at the moment. He kept another clean sheet for his club Sivasspor at the weekend and they sit third in the table, just three points adrift of top spot.
