There were an abundance of goals this week for our Aussies Abroad as peak fitness kicks in at the end of the season. Seven players netted over the last week with Mat Ryan playing in the FA Cup semi-final.
ASIA
In Japan Ange Postecoglou's Yokohama F Marinos recorded a comfortable 3-0 win over Urawa Red Diamonds for whom Andrew Nabbout was absent. Mitch Langerak's Nagoya Grampus fell to Kashima Antlers 2-1 with the goalkeeper playing a full game. Jason Geria played a full game for JEF United Chiba in a 1-0 loss to Kanazawa.
In Korea Aleksander Jovanovic was a second half substitute for Jeju United in their 1-1 draw with Seongnam and later in the week played a full match in his sides 1-1 draw with Pohang Steelers. Adam Taggart played a full game for Suwon Bluewings in a 0-0 draw with Sangju while later in the week Taggart started and played 67 minutes in a 2-0 win over Gangwon.
In Saudi Arabia Brad Jones kept a clean sheet in Al Nassr's 5-0 win over Al Raed. Milos Degenek was absent from Al Hilal's 3-2 victory over Al Hazm. Rhys Williams scored while Jack Duncan played in goals for Al Qadisiyah in their 4-2 win over Ohod.
NORTH AMERICA
In the MLS Brad Smith played a full game for Seattle Sounders in their 1-0 win over Real Salt Lake.
