Sydney-bound David Beckham is fronting a UNICEF campaign for football fans to make a difference this Christmas.
With an attempt to save US 'soccer' and a massive shopping trip to Sydney planned, you'd think Becks would have enough on his plate.
Think again. The former England captain, part-time model and all-round good egg is also a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, appearing in several adverts and raising awareness on children's health, safety and education issues.
And you, the FourFourTwo reader, can get involved and help make a difference by purchasing some great UNICEF football products this Christmas.
The adidas UNICEF football boasts the same design as the famous 2006 World Cup ball and celebrates the child's fundamental right to play. It costs $37 and you can order it here.
The adidas UNICEF cap has a simple white logo with the famous sky blue colour of UNICEF on the peak. It costs $28 and you can order it here.
All UNICEF products are available to order on line at www.unicef.org.au or visit the UNICEF shop located at Level 7, 171 Clarence Street, Sydney. A selection of cards will also be available at a wide range of retail outlets around Australia from mid-October.
