GOLD Coast United boss Miron Bleiberg hailed Zenon Caravella's immaculate timing in choosing such a huge encounter to score his first A-League goal - the 1-0 triumph over Melbourne Victory.
Caravella opened his account with the only goal of the game 14 minutes from time - a result that hauled Gold Coast level on points with their visitors.
"I think the last goal Zenon scored was in under 15's," joked Bleiberg after the match.
"He doesn't get many but this one was a goal that really counted for us. It was a tough match and a big three points, but there's still a long way to go.
"We play Wellington next week and that will be a very difficult game. They are a tough team to play against and we found that out last time we played them."
