Mark Schwarzer's back-up goalkeeper for Boro and Australia is keen to start making his own headlines.

The 25-year-old is vying for a spot with Reading's Adam Federici to be given the nod to start against Uruguay on Saturday, and says he needs more game time to ensure his Socceroos future.
"There is going to be a point where I need to play club football and that will probably happen this year, whether it be at Middlesbrough or somewhere else," he said. "I know I need to play to get into this (Socceroos) side."
"I doubt that it happens too often that you get two keepers at the one club both in the international team. It's a shame we are vying for the same spot. It's good to be around Mark because he's taught me a lot."
"The last few years I've tried to push Mark and I'll keep doing that to get to where I want to be."
"You could say I've waited a while but I'm only 25 so I haven't waited that long. I'm pretty lucky to be here to be honest."
"If I get my chance hopefully I can take it and prove that I belong here."
"At the moment I will be patient. It's my goal to be there (at the 2010 World Cup)."
