EUGENE Dadi has ended a chilly spell in Switzerland a month early and cannot wait to get firing again with Perth
Glory.
The striker had been on loan to Swiss strugglers FC Vaduz, the club which is also home to former Sydney FC defender Mark Rudan.
However, Dadi admits his time at the club didn't quite go to plan and a misunderstanding with his coach hardly made things any easier.
Vaduz have struggled badly and are rock bottom of the table as the season draws to a close. Dadi found the net just once in eight matches but a bizarre incident triggered a rather frosty relationship with coach Pierre Littbarski.
Dadi revealed that he had been suspended for a couple of days after the coach took offence at his decision to warm up during a match - to ensure he was ready if called upon.
"Unfortunately, I found out the next day that Littbarski didn't appreciate it, so he suspended me for two days," Dadi told The West Australian.
The former Ivory Coast man admits it was a frustrating experience and he's now looking forward to getting back into the swing of things with Glory after a short break.
Dadi extended his contract with Glory before heading off to keep himself ticking over in Switzerland.
