Adelaide United have completed their roster for the upcoming A-League season with the signing of versatile full-back Tarek Elrich.
Elrich will join the Adelaide squad ahead of the 2013/14 season that begins in October, following stints in Australia with the Newcastle Jets and Western Sydney Wanderers.
The 26-year-old managed 26 appearances with the Wanderers last season but is keen for a fresh start to his career in Adelaide.
"I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to training and making sure I'm ready as I can be for the start of the A-League," he said.
"I bring experience to the club having played 140 odd games, and I feel at 26 I still have a lot to offer the game and the Adelaide United Football Club.
"Also my versatility of playing higher up will suit the attacking style of football that coach Josep (Gombau) wants to play."
Elrich's signing completes a busy off-season for Adelaide, with the club having recently acquired highly-rated Spaniards Sanchez and Cirio and had Fabian Barbiero and Evan Kostopoulos depart.
