Croatia made history as they came from a goal down to beat England 2-1 to make their first World Cup Final and stop the Three Lions from bringing it home.
Danijel Subasic - (GK) 6
Not his best work for the free-kick. Did well to stop Kane midway in the first half twice but wasn’t troubled much after that.
Ivan Strinic 6
Gave away possession early that was almost costly but did put in some decent crosses and kept Trippier at bay for most of the game.
Domagoj Vida 7
Made a few last-ditch tackles and was solid in possession.
Dejan Lovren 7
Made some key tackles and was strong on the ball.
Sime Vrsaljko 8
Found space on the right but no end product until his perfect cross found Perisic in the 68th minute for Croatia’s equaliser. Did superb to head Stones' goal-bound header off the line.
Luka Modric 7
Tried to find space and play passes but was let down by his teammates. Found some energy after the goal and overall put in a classy display.

Ivan Rakitic 7
Hardly figured early on and didn’t create much but stepped up after the equaliser.
Ante Rebic 7
Was one of Croatia busiest, contributing with crosses, shots, as well as fouls throughout the game.
Marcelo Brozovic 6
Was busy in midfield without having a profound impact but was solid nonetheless. Fluffed a shot in extra time when he found space in the box to shoot.
