Moore has dropped more than a heavy hint this week that he is prepared to resume his Australia duties if Pim Verbeek is agreeable.

He looked to have called time on the green and gold after the opening World Cup qualifier against Qatar earlier this year but now appears to have had a change of heart.

Roar coach Farina insists there will be no problem on his part if Moore decides to reverse his decision.

The Suncorp boss points to Moore's age as a strong factor in continuing. The Roar captain doesn't turn 33 until December so it isn't as if his best years are way behind him.

Speaking at today's A-League coaches conference in Sydney, Farina told au.fourfourtwo.com: "Craig Moore is a legend here in the game as a Socceroo. He played in the World Cup and scored in the World Cup.

"He could still play for the national team without any doubt. He's only young, in my view, for a defender, 32.

"So I've said to Craig that I'll respect any decision he makes. If he decides to play again for Australia I'll give him my full support."

Farina will be without Moore this weekend though with the captain suspended for the Pre-Season Cup clash with Sydney FC at Campbelltown.

Fellow defender Josh McCloughan is out injured. Farina said: "We'll have a few players out but I'm still expecting a good, competitive match."
