GOLD Coast United will pack in more than a dozen warm up games ahead of their inaugural A-League season but it remains to be seen whether a clash with Beijing Guoan goes ahead.
Miron Bleiberg's outfit have announced the dates and opponents for their pre-season games with the first to take place on Thursday against Mudgeeraba.
As well as the local matches though, a trip to China has long been planned with hopes of a match at the Bird's Nest against Beijing Guoan.
However, with Manchester United planning a pre-season trip to China, it may be that United are left to seek different opposition.
Clive Mensink told goldcoast.com.au: "We are still in discussions with the match agent and nothing's been finalised.
"We are trying to get a date that suits everybody. We haven't given up hope just yet."
However, the following pre-season fixtures are confirmed.
Between 6pm and 6.30pm prior to all matches, the Gold Coast United players will sign autographs, meet & greet with fans and pose for photographs, with the football action kicking off at 7pm.
Entry is free at all venues with Gold Coast United membership and season ticket information available for fans who wish to secure their seats for all the upcoming big games at Skilled Park.
