EXCLUSIVE: Melbourne Victory assistant Aaron Healey says players must ditch the draws that killed their finals hopes last year.

The Victory squad is back in training for the campaign ahead and Healey has already drummed into the players the importance of picking up three points at every opportunity.
Melbourne drew nine of their 21 A-League fixtures last season, more than any other team, and despite a late season charge they missed the finals series by four points.
Healey told au.fourfourtwo.com today: "We weren't that far away but it wasn't enough in the end.
"Someone asked me the other day what we need to do differently this season to make sure we don't miss out. Simple, win more matches.
"We had far too many draws last year and those draws really hurt us in the end. Maybe at the time a point doesn't seem too bad but that view can change.
"Look at the first match of last season. We were 2-0 up at Wellington Phoenix and ended up with a 2-2 draw. That couple of lost points ended up making a big difference.
"We certainly never go out looking to draw. We want to go out and try and win every game, playing entertaining football."
With Ernie Merrick on holiday, Healey has conducted the first couple of days of pre-season training.
He said: "We've had four sessions in a couple of days and both the mentality and enthusiasm among the boys is fantastic.
"They had a big year last year and I think the break that they've had was as much a mental break from football as anything else.
"They needed some time away from the game, spend time with their families and the like but now they're back and they're chomping at the bit."
