APIA Leichhardt striker Robert Younis is reportedly in demand from both Adelaide United and Sydney FC.
He has already banged in 16 goals in just 19 matches for the New South Wales Premier League side this season and both Aurelio Vidmar and John Kosmina have visited Lambert Park to watch him in action.
Adelaide appear to be in pole position to land Younis, having included him in their side which defeated Para Hills in a trial game last week - a game which saw Younis on the scoresheet.
However, with John Aloisi now set to miss the start of the season it could see Sydney move in to try and add Younis to bolster their striking ranks.
If he is signed up by either side, Younis will be the second APIA player to head for the A-League in the last few weeks, left-back David D'Apuzzo having joined Central Coast Mariners.
