A consortium that owns 40 per cent of Brazilian forward Neymar have stated that he will be sold "within the next 10 days".
The striker's future has been the subject of constant speculation over the last year, with the 21-year-old's stellar performances thrusting him into the spotlight.
He has bagged 107 goals in 176 domestic appearances for Santos and has also impressed for Brazil's national team, scoring 20 times in 32 appearances, attracting reported interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Now Roberto Moreno, the executive director of DIS - the group of investors with a vested financial interest in the player - thinks a deal worth 30 million euros will be finalised with a club soon.
"We want to recoup what we invested," Moreno told Radio Transamerica.
"30 million euros is a good value for us. My gut says this deal will be finalised within the next 10 days. The player already indicated that he wants to leave."
