Greece’s most successful club has welcomed the clash at Etihad Stadium on May 19 as a huge
challenge and great chance for its stars to maintain match sharpness between the end of the season and start of the Euros in Ukraine and Poland in June.
Greek fan favourite Yiannis Fetfatzidis added: "We are happy to be able to travel to Australia and spread joy to the Greek community there.
"We will both give and get joy during our stay in Melbourne. We will try our best to please the fans that will come to watch us at the stadium.”
The game marks the first time the Greek champions have played in Australia since 1978.
