A few cheap penalty shouts and a couple of guilt-edged chances couldn't separate the sides at HBF Park, Perth Glory hanging onto first by a whisker with a 0-0 draw against Adelaide United.
Neil Kilkenny - 7
Very rough and ready in a tantalising match-up with Isaias, choosing to go down the physical route against his technical opponent. Still played some excellent balls.
Brendon Santalab - 6
Missed a couple of clear chances but was lively nonetheless.
Joel Chianese - 7
Played creator, looking full of confidence under Tony Popovic this season, but couldn't exhibit real quality in the final third.
Jake Brimmer - 7
Showed a few glimpses of his attacking quality but over-hit a few passes and failed to run down a few balls.
Subs
Diego Castro - 6
Gave the ball away cheaply and held it at the wrong times. Also copped a few cheap fouls, just not at the races.
Andy Keogh - 7
Worked equally hard to Castro, but was far more effective in possession as well as defensively.
Scott Neville - 7
Very solid in the time he had off the bench.
