PERTH Glory are taking nothing for granted but Dave Mitchell admits home advantage in three of their four remaining A-League fixtures can only aid their finals push.
Last night's 3-2 win at Adelaide United leaves Glory in sixth spot with a buffer of four points between themselves and seventh spot.
Mitchell refuses to accept the job is as good as done but with Glory boasting an impressive home record this season, he insists there is every reason to feel positive
"No we're not safe. We've had two tough games, we play Wellington on Friday," he said. "But hopefully we'll get that spirit and go into the game with a lot of confidence and take the game.
"We've got four games left and three at home so we normally travel pretty good at home."
After Friday's home clash with Phoenix, Glory then entertain Central Coast Mariners, travel to Sydney FC for their penultimate game and end the regular season at ME Bank Stadium with a match against Brisbane Roar.
