MELBOURNE Victory coach Ange Postecoglou says there's something special about teenager Andrew Naabout after his double led them to a remarkable come-from-behind 3-2 win away to rivals Sydney FC on Saturday.

The 19-year-old, who this week has been completing exams at university, came off the bench before netting twice as Victory scored three times in the final 12 minutes to clinch a stunning triumph.
The brace came in just Naabout's third A-League appearance, having been plucked out of the VPL by Postecoglou in October.
“We see him training day-in day-out, he's still not full-time as he's studying, but he's got something about him,” Postecoglou told Fox Sports.
“He's quick, he's strong and he's a really good kid, he wants to learn, he wants to get better. I just want to keep his feet on the ground but he's a good kid so I'm sure he will.”
He added: “He's one of these who is out there. Sometimes we, as a profession, don't do our job well enough in identifying talent. It's all about opportunity after that.”
Naabout told Fox Sports the brace was a dream come true for him.
“It's a wonderful feeling. It's something I've dreamed about since I was a kid,” he said.
Meanwhile, Postecoglou was also delighted with Victory's overall performance stating they deserved their win despite its dramatic nature.
“We played really well tonight. We created so many opportunities,” he said.
“To Sydney's credit, they were really desperate. It didn't look like it was going to happen but we gradually wore them down and there was real belief from the players, once we got the first goal that we could come over the top of them.
“If we had have lost the game, I would've been disappointed but not because of the perfomance.”
However the ex-Brisbane Roar mentor felt the goals his side conceded were “soft”.
“I felt we coped okay tonight, they didn't threaten us too much but we're still conceding some soft goals which is disappointing,” he said.
“But as long as we're threatening down the other end, I think we can rectify the goals we are conceding.”
Postecoglou also said the Allianz Stadium surface should have been better for such a big match with players like Alessandro Del Piero and Marcos Flores on show.
“(The pitch) wasn't the best. That's disappointing because we're getting big crowds now and quality players and we want to give them the best possible opportunity to showcase their talents,” he said.
“When I got here I was disappointed. If we want to keep promoting good football, we've got to provide better surfaces.”
Next up for Victory, who have now won two in a row, is a home clash against reigning premiers Central Coast on Saturday.
