MOSCOW, June 13 (Sputnik) - The Belgian national football team has arrived in Russia ahead of the FIFA World Cup, FIFA said via the tournament's official Twitter account on Wednesday.
The team will be based at the Moscow Country Club in the Moscow Region. They will play their first match at the tournament against Panama in Sochi on June 18.
Russia's first-ever World Cup will kicks off on Thursday with the hosts playing Saudi Arabia at the 81,000-seater Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. Belgium and Panama were drawn in Group G alongside Tunisia and England.
