France and Denmark played out the only 0-0 draw of the World Cup in Moscow on June 26 but both sides reached the Round of 16. Dvorkovich said the match was a “shameful game” and “not the kind of football” crowds wanted to see.

“I am anticipating a very interesting match. This tournament, apart from the France-Denmark game, has been a wonderful spectacle. I am sure that the final will be the same. Croatia will not let France play a boring game for a second time. Who am I favoring? The organizers,” Dvorkovich told journalists.

The 1998 World Cup winners France will face first-time finalists Croatia at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday.
