The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has requested Egypt head coach Hector Cuper to provide a full report on the team’s activities for the past three years, EFA President Hany Abo Rida said on Wednesday.
“I requested Cuper to present a technical report on the team’s activities for the past three years, and I will receive it within 48 hours,” Rida told journalists.
He also apologized for Egypt’s poor performance at the FIFA World Cup, adding that Egyptians are disappointed as they expected more from the national team.
Egypt bowed out of the World Cup after losing all three of their Group A matches despite having one of the world's most prolific forwards, Mohamed Salah, in their ranks.
