"All cultural institutions, museums and theaters, will work during the FIFA World Cup match days. Each of them prepared their own program. For FAN ID holders admission to exhibitions, concerts and theater shows on certain days will be for a reduced price or for free," Popkov said.

He added that Volgograd's museums and theaters had extended their seasons to work during the FIFA World Cup.

Russia's first-ever FIFA World Cup will take place from June 14 to July 15 in 11 host cities. The 45,000-seater Volgograd Arena will host four group-stage matches, including the clash between England and Tunisia on June 18.
