MOSCOW, June 13 (Sputnik) - A team of Italian referees led by Gianluca Rocchi will officiate the 2018 FIFA World Cup match between Spain and Portugal, the Spanish newspaper Marca reported on Wednesday.
Spain will face Portugal at Sochi's 45,000-seater Fisht Stadium on Friday. The game will kick off at 9 p.m. Moscow time (18:00 GMT).
Spain, who won the World Cup in 2010, and Portugal, who won UEFA EURO 2016, have been drawn in Group B along with Iran and Morocco.
Russia's first-ever FIFA World Cup starts on Thursday and will last until July 15.
