“The DIT citywide call center will consult the ‘Moscow Transport’ callers in five foreign languages. This special project, designed to support the [foreign] fans and visitors during the World Cup matches played in Moscow, will start on 9 June and will continue until 22 July,” the press service said in a statement.

The operators will be able to take incoming calls in English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese, and will provide information about the Russian capital's public transport, while also explaining how to get to the World Cup stadiums.

Moscow's Luzhniki and Spartak stadiums will host a total of 12 World Cup matches, including eight group stage games, two round of 16 matches, a semi-final and the final.
