MOSCOW, May 30 (Sputnik) - A call center will be working in Moscow during this summer's 2018 FIFA World Cup, receiving queries about the city's public transport in six languages, Deputy Head of Moscow's Transport Department Dmitry Pronin said Wednesday.
"If the fans have questions regarding the transport complex's work during the 2018 FIFA Wold Cup they can contact our call center 24/7," Pronin said.
According to Pronin, any fan can dial 3210 from a Russian number or 8 (495) 539-54-54 from any number.
The official added that the call center will operate in six languages - Russian, English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese from June 7 to July 22.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be held between June 14 and July 15 at 12 stadiums across 11 Russian cities.
