NEUSTIFT IM STUBAITAL, May 31 (Sputnik) - Dynamo Moscow and Russia defender Konstantin Rausch trained individually on the team's last day at their training camp in Austria, the Russian Football Union's press service told Sputnik Thursday.
According to the team, the player missed the last group training session in Austria due to minor back problems.
"Konstantin Rausch has a minor back muscular problem. The others are training according to the plan," the Russian team posted on Twitter.
On Wednesday, Russia were beaten by Austria 1-0 in a pre-Word Cup friendly in Innsbruck, with Rausch spending the whole match on the bench.
Russia have been training in Austria since May 21 and are set to head back home later on Thursday ahead of their final pre-World Cup friendly against Turkey in Moscow on June 5.
Russia will host the FIFA World Cup for the first time from June 14 to July 15 at 12 arenas in 11 cities. The hosts are set to play Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Uruguay in Group A.
