Cali went clear at the top of Colombia's Copa Mustang I standings after played out an exciting 2-2 derby draw with arch rivals America.
Omar Labruna's side took the lead after 17 minutes when Armando Carrillo converted a ball from Sergio Herrera, but Manuel Galarcio profited from a mistake by defender David Gonzalez to pull America level just after the half-hour mark.
However, Argentinian striker Paolo Frangipane's tremendous long-distance free-kick put Cali back in front three minutes before the break.
The lead did not last long as America pushed on after the interval and equalised early in the second period as Brayan Angulo picked up Paulo Cesar Arango's pass, beat two defenders and found the back of the net.
Despite failing to win at Pascual Guerrero, Cali still top the table with 15 points, one above Cucuta and three more than third-placed duo Nacional and Bucaramanga.
America, meanwhile, are eleventh with seven points.
