Ahead of the 2017/18 Grand Final, FourFourTwo's esteemed group of writers put their heads together to select their A-League Team of the Season.
Leroy George (Melbourne Victory)
Victory's Dutch winger was one of the recruits of the season, providing a competition-high 14 assists for the campaign, five clear of the next best. He topped the charts for chances created and crosses. George also scored nine goals for Victory and was durable, missing only one game.
FORWARDS
Dimi Petratos (Newcastle Jets)
The Socceroos' World Cup bolter emerged across a stunning 2017/18 campaign, after being offered the freedom to express himself by Jets boss Ernie Merrick. Petratos scored 10 goals and provided nine assists, offering some stunning link-up play out wide and centrally in attack.

Bobo (Sydney FC)
There's no doubting the 33-year-old Brazilian's spot in the side, unanimously voted in after breaking the A-League record for most goals in a season, finishing with 27. He's clinical and it's easy to forget he also sets up a few as well, with six assists.
SUBSTITUTES
Lawrence Thomas (gk) (Melbourne Victory)
He may have only kept three clean sheets all season, but the 25-year-old confirmed himself as Victory's clear number one with a consistent campaign. Made the third-most saves this term.
