Ahead of the 2017/18 Grand Final, FourFourTwo's esteemed group of writers put their heads together to select their A-League Team of the Season.
Bart Schenkeveld (Melbourne City)
The 26-year-old Dutch centre-back enjoyed an outstanding season for City, winning the club's Player of the Year award. Schenkeveld made 27 starts across the campaign and was an intimidating force in defence.

Rhys Williams (Melbourne Victory)
The regularly injured, yet versatile defender was a reliable option at centre-half all season for Victory. Offered good distribution and a cool head at the back.

Milos Ninkovic (Sydney FC)
Last season's Johnny Warren medalist didn't grab the headlines as much this term but still produced plenty of wizardry. Created 41 chances on goal, while he scored six goals and added three assists.

Andrew Nabbout (Newcastle Jets)
Revitalised his career leading to a Socceroos recall and transfer to Japan, Nabbout scored 10 goals including the Goal of the Season. Also equal second for most assists with nine.
