GENCLERBIRLIGI'S Australian trio are facing a relegation scrap after the Turkish side suffered a 4-2 defeat by Antalyaspor.
Bruce Djite, James Troisi and Mile Jedinak all started the Turkish Super Lig fixture but couldn't prevent the defeat that leaves the club just two points clear of the relegation zone.
Mustafa Peketemek put Gencler in front and he later added a second but it was to no avail.
Djite was replaced after 54 minutes by Burhan Eser while Troisi made way for Meric on 84 minutes. Former Mariner Jedinak put in another 90 minute shift though.
Harry Kewell will be in action for his club again later today when Galatasaray travel to face Gaziantepspor.
