Rumour circulating the lips of many Crystal Palace fans is that Terry McFlynn may be heading back to England at the end of the 2008/2009 A-League season to join Coca-Cola championship side Crystal Palace. McFlynn’s contract to Sydney FC ends at the end of this coming season, and Sydney aren’t all that interested in re-signing him. He may have been influenced by former Australian defender and current Sydney FC captain Tony Popovic who used to play for the Eagles.
