The Chairman of the 2018 World Cup Local Organizing Committee Arkady Dvorkovich said on Sunday that Russia goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev did an excellent job, and the whole team were "heroes," after Russia beat Spain on penalties in the World Cup Round of 16 match at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday and advanced to the quarter-finals.
